In this paper, a model-based predictive rotor field-oriented angle compensation approach is proposed for induction machine drives. Indirect control widely used in drives its simple implementation and low cost. However, the accuracy of affected by variable parameters such as resistance inductance. An inaccurate leads to degradation torque dynamic performance, especially high-speed flux-weakening region. Therefore, d-axis q-axis currents rotation reference frame are predicted based on model compared with feedback current correct angle. To improve stability robustness, algorithm storage current, voltage, velocity data. The can be easily realized real-time. Finally, simulated experimental results verify algorithm’s effectiveness 7.5 kW setup.
